SKODEO WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY 
Streamline Technologies, Inc. the owner and operator of the website located at www.skodeo.com, (“Skodeo”) recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others (collectively or individually "Users") who use Skodeo or other web sites owned or operated by Streamline Technologies, Inc. (the "Skodeo Sites") value their privacy. This Privacy Policy details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the Skodeo Sites. Streamline Technologies, Inc. provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Skodeo Sites. Your use of the Skodeo Sites and any personal information you provide on the Skodeo Sites remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please note that any video, image, music clip or track or other content posted at the direction of you, the User, onto the Skodeo Sites becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy. 
What Skodeo Collects: Skodeo may collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, gender, occupation, age, marital status, etc) if Users choose to participate in various activities on the Skodeo Sites, such as uploading videos, posting messages in our forums or in the video comments section, entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.
Skodeo collects User-submitted account information such as name and email address to identify you and send notifications related to the use of the Skodeo Sites. When you visit the Skodeo Sites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Skodeo uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Skodeo Sites may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. Skodeo automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Skodeo cookie information, the page you request and how long and often you watch one of our videos. When you use the Skodeo Sites, our servers may automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
How the Information is Used : If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Skodeo Sites, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Skodeo Sites. Skodeo uses information you provide for such purposes as customizing the advertising and content you see, fulfilling your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. Skodeo uses both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, click stream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Skodeo Sites and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends. Any personal information, video or music content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your public profile page, submit for distribution, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the Skodeo Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments.
Any videos, pictures, music, and information that you submit to the Skodeo Sites may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. Skodeo may use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Skodeo Sites; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; (e) what shows you watch, what genre music you favor; how often you are on the site; and (f) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.
When Skodeo Discloses Information : We provide personally identifiable information and non-personally-identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy, and we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Skodeo does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission using our opt in/out option. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Skodeo under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Skodeo communicate with you about offers from Skodeo and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. When Skodeo is requested to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
When Skodeo believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. Skodeo will transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merge with another company.
Options: You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Skodeo Sites, in which case Skodeo may not be able to provide certain services to you. You can edit or unsubscribe your information, including your marketing preferences, at any time. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Skodeo service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Skodeo news, that are considered part of your account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites: Skodeo may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements within the Skodeo Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Skodeo Sites. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. Skodeo does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. Should you respond to an advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Skodeo Sites, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.
Confidentiality: If Skodeo learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Skodeo may post a notice on the Skodeo Sites if a security breach occurs. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you. International Users: Please be advised that through your continued use of the Skodeo Sites, which are governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use that you are agreeing to the laws of this territory and by transferring your personal information to the United States, you consent to that transfer.
Privacy for Children: Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Skodeo does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Skodeo Sites from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Skodeo Sites at any time or in any manner. If Skodeo learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Skodeo Sites without verified parental consent, then Skodeo will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
